I’m Marquette and I’m the photographer behind Marquette LaRee. I’m so excited that we were able to connect at the Ladies Night Out event! It all went way too fast though; I'd love to connect deeper and get to know each other more!

Welcome!

We have a deep love for New Mexico and the whole Southwest. We pick our restaurants by the salsa and how "real" the enchilada sauce is!

Cameron teaches Biology at the local college! It’s his dream job, and he’s a natural!

We live in Thatcher, AZ but we love to travel, especially in the Southwest!

I'll take a Root Beer, Snow Cone, or White Hot Chocolate any day. I'm not a coffee or tea fan.

My very favorite flavor of pie is an old fashioned Buttermilk Pie! So simple and SOOO yummy!

I love prickly pear cactus! We have our own method for juicing the cactus fruit and use it anyway we can!

My favorite animal is a Flying Pig, but I do really love the non-flying pigs as well.

I am OBSESSED with the color orange! It's has been my favorite color since I was a little kid!

I LOVE my name and have never met anyone in person who shares the same name. My favorite day of school was the first day to see how people would pronounce it.

I started photography to get photos to paint from in my oil painting class and found I loved photography SO MUCH MORE! And then I discovered photographing people and it was love at first shutter-click!

Cameron and I have known each other since we were 12 and 14 years old, but didn't date until college!

Because of specialized training, space, and props needed to do the job well, I do not offer boudoir or posed newborn photos. I can refer you to someone who does though!

Wind is obnoxious during a session, BUT!!! we work with it because it can make a photo epic!

You would be absolutely crazy if you don't pick her. She is the most caring and professional photographer out there. Not only does she take the stress away, she captures moments you will cherish forever. All her pictures are truly amazing. She is seriously the best in the business! Her passion for taking pictures is truly amazing. She captured so many perfect moments during our wedding. (Everyone is still talking about how amazing the pictures are from our wedding) She even went out of her way to capture the perfect shots of us in front of the snowy mountain. Marquette is just the best! She's done a couple shoots for us, and she does a great job of getting shots that really show our personalities. She is a master at posing/directing her subjects to get images that look and feel beautiful and REAL. She also did a great job of making it a fun experience overall! We did a sweetheart session that honestly just felt like a fun date. We loved her and the images she gave us that now hang on our walls!

Marquette blew me away with the edited images of our styled shoot. I was very happy with the décor and set up we did but she turned our décor into true art with her photography skills.
